Fuel price revision to be announced tomorrow

Fuel prices in Sri Lanka are set to be revised from midnight on October 2, following the country's fuel price formula.

The Ministry of Power and Energy has confirmed that the price revision will be announced on the night of October 1, as per the monthly schedule outlined by the price formula.

Last month, there was a significant increase in fuel prices, and it remains to be seen whether there will be any adjustments in the upcoming revision.

Additionally, gas prices will also be subject to a revision on October 4, with a slight increase expected based on global market trends.
