In the Ratnapura District's postal votes for the 2024 General Election, the National People’s Power (NPP) has taken the lead, securing 24,776 postal votes, amounting to 79.40% of the total. Samagi Jana Balawegaya (SJB) follows in second place with 2,969 postal votes.

National People’s Power (NPP): 24,776 votes (79.40%)
Samagi Jana Balawegaya (SJB): 2,969 votes (9.51%)
New Democratic Front (NDF): 1,528 votes
Sri Lanka Podujana Peramuna (SLPP): 1,031 votes
