The Railway Station Master's Association has warned the Railway General Manager that they will resort to trade union action if concerns over the non-approval of the recruitment procedure and promotions are not addressed within the next 14 days.

Their demands include resuming water bill issuance, increased uniform allowances, faster internal promotions, and the removal of conditions for immersion leave.
