Accident: 61 injured in head-on bus collision in Gandara (Video/Photos)

A head-on collision between two buses in the Talalla area of Gandara has left 61 people injured, including three young children, according to police.

The accident occurred between a bus traveling from Embilipitiya to Matara and another operating between Tangalle and Matara.

A spokesperson for the Matara General Hospital reported that six of the injured are in serious condition, while the remaining victims are receiving treatment for their injuries.
