The second day of the highly anticipated “Siri Dalada Wandana,” a special public exposition of the Sacred Tooth Relic, commences today at the revered Temple of the Tooth Relic in this historic city.

Marking a significant event, the exposition, the first of its kind in sixteen years, was officially inaugurated yesterday by President Anura Kumara Dissanayake, attracting a gathering of dignitaries and devoted pilgrims.

The "Siri Dalada Wandana" is a collaborative effort between the Malwatta and Asgiriya Chapters and the Temple of the Tooth Relic. This rare opportunity for public veneration of the sacred relic will continue for ten days, until April 27th.

Starting today, the daily viewing of the Sacred Tooth Relic will be open to the public from 12 noon to 5 p.m. A large number of devotees are expected to converge at the Temple of the Tooth Relic today, eager to pay their respects to one of Buddhism's most cherished relics.
