The 23-year-old Bottoms actress and the 32-year-old Thunderbolts star were spotted together again during the 2025 Venice Film Festival on Monday (01) in Venice, Italy.
After being spotted arriving to the festival together at their hotel, the two stepped out in glamorous fashion for the red carpet of the premiere of Lewis‘ movie, The Testament of Ann Lee.

The couple were seen holding hands and staying close on the red carpet. At one point, Lewis could be seen kissing her shoulder.
The two were first speculated to be in a relationship at the start of 2025, when a source called them a “couple” as Kaia went to dinner with Lewis on his birthday.
