The suspect currently remains under detention for questioning regarding the Easter Sunday terror attacks.
Delivering a 23-page ruling, the magistrate addressed various requests made by the prosecution and other parties during the previous hearing.
The court rejected a request to remove the Director of the Criminal Investigation Department from the investigation.
Additionally, the judge denied a request for the suspect to receive newspapers and written materials from his family.
A request to record a statement under Section 127 of the Code of Criminal Procedure was also rejected, as the magistrate noted that such a statement could hinder ongoing investigations.
Furthermore, the court turned down a request claiming a lack of evidence under the Prevention of Terrorism Act against the first and second suspects, along with a request for surveillance on the third suspect's lawyer.
The magistrate ordered that Suresh Sallay be produced before the court via video technology for future proceedings.
The case will be called again on September 2.
