Ranil Wickremesinghe pays last respects to former IGP

Former President Ranil Wickremasinghe arrived to pay his last respects to the remains of former Inspector General of Police C.D. Wickramaratne.

He visited the private funeral parlour where the remains are placed.

The former Inspector General of Police died of a gunshot wound at his residence on July 17 morning.

The final rites of former Inspector General of Police C.D. Wickramaratne are scheduled to take place tomorrow (20) with police honours.
