A case involving three defendants, including alleged major drug trafficker 'Shiran Basik', presented regarding a drug case, was ordered to be recalled on 02 October.
High Court Judge Nayomi Wickramasekara issued the order when the case was called before the Colombo High Court today (08).
The Police Central Crime Investigation Bureau presented defendant Shiran Basik, currently detained at the bureau, to the Colombo High Court.
Accordingly, the court issued orders to recall the case on the 02nd of next month.
