Minister Champika explains the situation of CEB.

Various views were expressed these days with regard to the CEB and the Petroleum industries ministry.

On some occasions it was said that the CEB and the Petroleum Industries Ministry were institutions that bring loss to the Government.

However participating at a function held yesterday Power and Energy Minister Paatali Champika said that the CEB was in an ambiguous situation.
