Mumbai Indians beat Pune Warriors India by 5 wickets at the Sahara Subrata Roy International Stadium and moved up to second spot in the points table.

Pune had won the toss and opted to bat but their batsmen failed to get going.

Only Yuvraj Singh  and Manish Pandey  provided any substantial contribution as the likes of Mitchell Johnson and Lasith Malinga restricted them to 112/8 in 20 overs.

The win takes Mumbai to second spot with 18 points from 13 games while Pune still languish in last position with just 4 points in 14 matches.
