Death toll due to the Meethotamulla garbage dump collapse increased to eleven, says Army Media Spokesman.

145 houses have been damaged due to the Meethotamulla garbage dump collapse.

625 individuals belonging to 180 families have been displaced.

10 persons lost their lives over the Meethotamulla garbage dump collapse.

Police said that the deceased include 6 females and 4 males.

In addition, 4 children have been identified dead.

12 affected people were admitted to the Colombo National Hospital yesterday, and 7 of them are still receiving treatments.

Meanwhile, Sri Lankan Air Force has clicked a snapshot of the disaster caused by part of Meethotamulla garbage dump being collapsed.
