Chancellor of the Sabaragamuwa University, professor Ven. Kumburugamuwe Vajira thero and 4 others were injured following a motor accident that took place in Kadugannawa this afternoon. They have been admitted to Mawanella hospital for treatment.
Police sources revealed that the accident was due to the jeep carrying the passengers running off the road.
