The Sri Lanka Podujana Peramuna and the Ceylon Workers’ Congress signed a Memorandum of Understanding in connection with the Presidential Election today.
Chairman of the Party representing the SLPP G. L. Peiris and Leader of the Ceylon Workers’ Congress Arumugam Thondaman signed this MoU at the Foundation Institute this morning, our Hiru Correspondent said.
The CWC declared recently that they will support SLPP Presidential Candidate Gotabhaya Rajapaksa at the upcoming Presidential Election.
