Parliamentarian S.B. Dissanayake states that with the swearing in of Gotabhaya Rajapaksa as the 7th Executive President, the Prime Minister and the government will stand dissolved.
He made this statement speaking to Hiru news team. In the meantime, the SLFP national organizer and parliamentarian Duminda Dissanayake said that a new government will be formed under the leadership of President Gotabhaya Rajapaksa within the next few days.
He stated this while speaking to the media in Anuradhapura after the presidential election victory.
