President Ranil Wickramasinghe stated that the agreement reached with the International Monetary Fund will be presented to Parliament today.


The President said this while making a special statement yesterday regarding the approval of the 2.9 billion dollar loan to Sri Lanka by the IMF.


Meanwhile, the Chinese Embassy in Sri Lanka expresses confidence that the approval of the loan agreement of the International Monetary Fund will help to solve the crisis in Sri Lanka and get out of the difficult situation.
