Aura Lanka Chairman Viranjith Thambugala arrested

Viranjith Thambugala, the Chairman of Aura Lanka, has been arrested by police on allegations of financial fraud. Thambugala was taken into custody today (22 May) and subsequently produced before the Colombo Magistrate Court. Following the court proceedings, he has been remanded until the 27th of this month.
