Minister of environment Anura Priyadarshana Yapa states that a program to recycle the plastic, polythene and paper in all the pradeshiya sabhas in the island.
Speaking at a function at the Central Environmental Authority, the minister also stated that the responsibility of implementing this program will be with the pradeshiya sabha chairmen.
