A German woman who had been living in this country for about four years has been found dead on a bed in her house today (15).
She lived in the Rambukkana Hiriwadunna Pitawala area.
It is reported that the 65-year-old foreign woman had been living in the house and had made it her daily habit to feed the dogs on the streets.
The Kegalle Acting Magistrate conducted the inquest into the body which was found this morning and ordered that the body be sent to the Kegalle General Hospital for an autopsy.
The Rambukkana Police are conducting an investigation into the mysterious death of the foreign woman and the postmortem will be conducted tomorrow (16).
