Colombo, November 21, 2023 - The decision taken by the International Cricket Council (ICC) on November 10 to suspend Sri Lankan cricket has been officially approved at the ICC Executive Board meeting held today (21). Despite the ban on cricket, it has been clarified that cricket-related to the national team will be allowed to continue without interruption.
Shammi Silva, the Chairman of Sri Lanka Cricket, had participated in the ICC Executive Board meeting where the ban on Sri Lankan cricket was discussed and approved according to reports.
