Keerthi Thennakoon's Appointment Opposed

The Kelaniya University teaching staff expressed their objection to the appointment of CAFFE executive director Keerthi Thennakoon to the Kelaniya University Administration Board.

The University Lecturers point out that through this appointment the university becomes subjected to politicization.

The University Teachers’ Association has also addressed a letter to the Higher Education and Highways Minister in protest of the appointment.
