Popular singer and entertainer, Ronnie Leach passes away

popular vocalist and entertainer Ronnie Leitch  died of a cardiac arrest in Australia early this morning at the age of 65.

Sri Lanka Vocalists Association president, Keerthi Pasqual stated that Ronnie Leach participated in a musical show in Perth last Saturday and was preparing to return home this afternoon.

Leitch acted in several Sinhala films such as Yali Hamuvennai and Aathin Aathata. He was also a satirical actor as well.

He was a resident of Nadimale Dehiwala.
