Samurdhi recipient homes to have solar panels installed (video)

Every Samurdhi recipient family in the country will have solar panels installed in their homes within the next few years, according to a planned programme by minister Dullas Alahapperuma.

He gave details of the plan at the addition to the national grid of electricity generated from the solar panels installed on the roof of the Thihagoda Pradshiya Sabha building in Matara.
