Today, a group of Sri Lanka Podu Jana Peramuna supporters attacked the Galle Face peaceful protesters in a brutal manner.

However, a group of SLPP supporters had jumped into the Beira Lake after teh attack.

Meanwhile, a backup vehicle of Minister Johnston Fernando was also dumped into the Beira Lake.
