Protest in Kottawa against housing project

A group of residents staged a protest in Kulasevanawatte, Kottawa alleging that their sports ground would be utilized to construct a housing project.

They also blocked the Kottawa-Malabe main road. The protestors said plans are underway to construct the housing project under the Ministry of Megapolis and Western Development.
