SInger Priyani Jayasinghe's husband remanded

SInger+Priyani+Jayasinghe%27s+husband+remanded

The husband of Priyani Jayasinghe who was accused of murdering the popular female singer has been remanded.

The suspect was produced before Panadura Magistrate Court today (Jul 10).

Jayasinghe had been killed at her home on Sunday night.

Police said that a pair of scissor had been used to stab her.

The suspect fled the home following the incident and he was arrested by police the next day.
