The Ja-Ela Public Health Inspector stated that 12 employees of the Kandana Lanka Electricity Company have been infected with the coronavirus.
The daughter of an employee of the company has been referred for quarantine by the Health Officer's Office following reports that she had worked at the Brandix Institute in Minuwangoda.
Therefore, 13 employees of the Kandana Lanka Electricity Company, where he worked, have been subject to PCR tests. The Ja-Ela Public Health Inspector said that 12 of them had been diagnosed with the coronavirus after the PCR tests.
