Today's turnover reached Rs. 3.96 billion, driven by gains in key stocks, including Hatton National Bank, Commercial Bank, and Sampath Bank. High net-worth and institutional investors were notably active in Hatton National Bank, Commercial Bank, and LB Finance, while Sampath Bank, Lanka IOC, and CIC Holdings saw mixed interest. Retail investors showed interest in Industrial Asphalts, SMB Leasing, and Softlogic Capital. Foreign activity remained low, with foreign investors ending as net buyers.
