Flour-based food prices to rise by Rs. 5

The All Island Canteen Owners' Association decided to increase the prices of flour-based foods, including roti, paratha, and short eats, by Rs. 5.

Accordingly, the association mentions that this price increase is scheduled to take effect from midnight today (29).

This decision was taken following the increase in the price of a kilogram of wheat flour by Rs. 17 this morning.

Accordingly, prices of flour-based foods including roti, paratha, and short eats will rise after midnight today.
