Passenger bus overturns into canal in Minneriya

A passenger transport bus overturned into a canal in the Minneriya 7th post area on the Polonnaruwa - Habarana main road.

The incident occurred at around 4:45 am today (10).

Twenty people were injured and hospitalised as a result of the incident, police state.
