The helicopter in which Air Force Commander Air Marshal Harsha Abeywickrama made an emergency landing at Katupotha, Kuliyapitiya this morning.
The Air Force Media Spokesman Wing Commander Andrew Wijesuriya said that the reason to the emergency landing was a technical failure of this US made Bel-412.
He said the Air Force Commander took a land route to complete his journey.
