Number of patients for the emergency ward decrease with the fine increase

The number of patients admitted to the emergency ward at Colombo National Hospital has decreased following the increase in fines.

National Hospital National Coordinator (Training) Pushpa Ramyani de Soysa said after the increase in fines up to Rs. 25,000 the number of patients who were admitted to the hospital due to accidents fell.
